Hydro Cyclone Sand Wash

With changing scenario in construction activities, quality of aggregates also has to match the construction quality. Washing of sand and removal of 75 microns and smaller particles is becoming mandatory. Team ANIL STONE has DESIGNED AND DEVELOPED washing plants to meet these stringent requirements.

Our special purpose Washing Equipment are designed with properly sized hydro cyclone, rubber lined pump & dewatering screen. Option of Single Product (M sand) or dual product (M sand and Plaster sand) is available.

The washing system has rugged construction, which is a hallmark of ANIL STONE. In case of severity of application such as high silt content, equipment with double cyclone can also be offered on enquiry
